Product Description
Starboard is a good kickboard for training and teaching. The design reduces tension in the arms and shoulders when doing stroke kicking because your thumbs are positioned down. The open areas at the base of the Starboard allow swimmers to grip the board with one of their arms while perfecting stroke technique of their other arm. The patented board is 23" x 14" x 1.25". It is made of very durable closed cell foam.
