Product Description 103898 Features: Rubber feet on the stand's legs help grip and increase overall stability It folds down to 46 x 08 x 09 inches for compact storage with your stove and fuel canister Specifications: Weight: 07 ounces Dimensions: 46 x 08 x 09 inches
Amazon.com Product Description Tired of your butane fuel canister wavering unsteadily while your Brunton lantern or stove pumps away? Turn to the CanStand, which locks underneath a standard canister to give it a rock-steady base. The CanStand sports three splaying legs with rubber grips, helping it stick to large rocks, stumps, and any other relatively flat camping surface. And at 4.6 by 0.9 by 0.8 inches (W x H x D) when folded, the unit takes up minimal space in your pack. The CanStand is compatible with most 4- or 8-ounce isobutane or propane canisters and weighs 0.7 ounces.

| Customer Reviews:
It works, but be very careful not to break the legs! July 10, 2008 I purchased one of these, and the first time out of the box I tried to spread the legs, only to find one of them snapped off very easily. It turns out that one of them is a stationary leg (not described in the instructions), and does not move. It has a pin that extends through it, locking it in place. The other two legs do move, but this should definitely be explicitly expressed in the instructions -- which it is not.
Other than that, the can stand seems to work fine, I am just disappointed in the instructions.
