If avoiding Chinese-made products is important to you, skip this cheap Chinese import. This is a "US" company --yea, right! SIGG is the only socially conscious choice right now.
Flimsy Stainless Steel Water Bottle August 23, 2008
The bottles did not have a substantial feel that I anticipated they would. They are light and flimsy (not only the bottle but also the attached spring link) and I suspect will not hold up well to travel abuse. Probably will do their duty for the short term but by the feel will not be a long term investment.
Disappointment August 22, 2008
I bought this product to eliminate plastic bottles. DOES NOT keep water cold even when I tried adding ice cubes. I'm sorry I bought it. Bought one for a friend and she doesn't like it either. My water stays colder in plastic!!!!!

Not that i have noticed, i only drink water and it tastes fine every time. No plastic-e taste to it like normal bottles.

No! i have never had it leak. I have the "ring top" which makes it really easy to carry specially when you have a lot to carry. I throw it in my bag and it never leaks.

No! I actually fell on black top outside with this in hand, the bottle went flying. A couple scratches and thats all. Still in good condition. However my brother dropped his straight down on concrete and it now has a small dent but nothing major.

No, its about as heavy as any other water bottle

The metal helps it stay cold and at first it is odd to be drinking out of an all metal bottle but you get used to it.

Only the price is a little high, $[...], but totally worth it. That and you cannot use it in the dishwater but really it does not take much to clean it by hand anyways.

Decent metal bottle for the price, but the threads are wearing away quickly. Next time, I may spend more for a higher quality bottle that will last longer.
